Right Parts

Industry: Healthcare

Right Part is a mental health app that connects users with doctors for online counseling and treatment. I designed the app to make mental health support easy, private, and accessible through clean UI and smooth user flows.

Overview

RIGHT PART is a mobile application designed to provide accessible and professional mental health support to people of all ages. The app connects users with licensed psychologists and therapists for both counseling and treatment sessions, all from the comfort of their home.

Mental health challenges such as PTSD, insomnia, depression, anger issues, and anxiety often go unaddressed due to stigma, limited access to care, or lack of awareness. RIGHT PART aims to break this barrier by offering a platform that is safe, easy to use, and focused on emotional well-being.

With features like doctor profile browsing, secure video consultations, and personalized treatment plans, the app ensures users receive the right care at the right time—reclaiming control over their mental wellness, one step at a time.

In this project, the value proposition was to create a mental health platform that offers simple, private, and accessible support through online counseling and treatment. My approach followed the design thinking process—starting with understanding user pain points, doing research, defining clear user needs, creating wireframes, and finally designing clean, user-friendly screens that help users easily connect with the right mental health experts.

💭 Proposition

1. Trusted Professional Connections

2. Easy Appointment Booking

5. User-Friendly Interface

➡️ Approach

I used the Design Thinking process to create RIGHT PART, starting with research to understand users’ mental health challenges and pain points around finding trusted professionals and booking appointments. Based on these insights, I ideated features like detailed doctor profiles, easy appointment scheduling, and flexible treatment plans. Using Figma, I developed prototypes with a calm, user-friendly interface and conducted informal usability tests to gather feedback, which helped me refine the app’s design to ensure it is both accessible and comforting for users seeking mental health support.
